*In-Store purchase Refund Policy 

-All SALES in-store are FINAL - no exceptions 

 

*Online Purchase Refund policy - read carefully 

Online Orders with the EXCEPTION of (She Hustles Different Apparel) that are not damaged and unworn (not to include sale items) may be exchanged for item of equal value or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Original tags and proof of purchase must be verified.

-Please email Info.zoeypearls@gmail.com with order number to start the process for your return. There is a 20% restocking fee for each item returned. 

She Hustles Different Apparel sales are custom and made to order items and are not eligible for returns or store credit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us withing 24 hours of receiving your item for replacement. 

All Pre-ordered items must be purchased separately. All items placed in same order with Pre-order will all SHIP TOGETHER. Pre-ordered items give customers a chance to buy and secure their item(s) before being fully stocked and selling out.
